I totally love the girls as well, but I like #1 better only because you want it to be about YOU and your work. Plus, you want to do weddings, which a lot of people are not focused on kids yet at that point. Plus, I like the funky artwork on the side of #1. :-)
I'd say number one as well, simply because having kids on your promo material may alienate certain clients. Or who's to say you can't have both? If you want to show a sample of your work to potential customers, why not draw up two different sets of cards, one with the kids and another with a wedding shot? Cater to the masses!
I'm going to have to vote for #1 as well. While the girls are beautiful and it's a great shot of them (and should definately be on your web page), the company is about you and your photography. Don't be shy!
The girls are lovely (as usual) but I would have to agree that I like #1. It's very eye catching. I really like the swirls and whatnot on the right border as well but I would like to see it more gray or toned down some so as not to take away from the cool picture of you. I think your picture should be the focal point and the swirls are taking too much of the eye away from it :)

ReplyDeleteMelissa makes a good point. If they swirls were a tad lighter, it would also make the company name and contact info 'pop' a bit.
